Vikram has over 22 years of experience in Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, IPR, Commercial Contracts, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Real Estate Disputes and practices primarily before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi & Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT). Prior to AQUILAW, he was engaged as a chamber junior to Ms. Indu Malhotra and thereafter worked as a junior in the chambers of Mr. K. Parasaran and Mr. Ashok Desai, both former Attorney Generals of India. He has also been the Advocate for leading broadcasters for the several years before the TDSAT and the Supreme Court. Vikram regularly advises and represents a wide variety of clients including MNCs, PSUs, large/ medium and small Corporates, HNIs, film personalities, etc. He has completed his LL.B from the Campus Law Centre, Delhi University and Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Laws from the Indian Law Institute. He is enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council since 2000.
