Tanya has more than 12 years of experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure and Estate Planning. She hasbeen involved in several high value matters and advised a diverse portfolio of Indian and multi-nationalcorporates on deal structuring, joint ventures, land monetization strategies, transactiondocumentation and due diligence. She has rendered policy advisory to Government departments andparastatals as well as comprehensive management of tender processes. She also advises high networth individuals regarding estate management and private acquisitions. Prior to joining AQUILAW,Tanya worked as in-house legal counsel in corporate concerns. A gold medallist, she completed herB.A. LL.B. from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
