His core expertise includes mergers andacquisitions, business transfers, joint ventures, venture capitalinvestments, etc. He advises several multinational clients on theirIndia entry strategies, inbound and outbound investments, andforeign exchange laws. He also specializes in employment law andadvised clients on variety of employment law issues such asworkforce restructuring, labour disputes, trade union issues, keyemployee engagements, compliance audits, etc.
