Piyush has over 10 years of experience in handling Dispute Resolution and specializes in civil, corporate, and commercial litigation including shareholder disputes involving corporate control, environmental litigation, and writs. He also advises clients across a diverse range of practice areas including Corporate/ M&A and Criminal matters. Piyush has substantial experience in representing clients, including Fortune 500 Companies before the Supreme Court, High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Green Tribunal, and in Arbitration. He is a Member of the Bar Council of West Bengal & Incorporated Law Society of Calcutta.
