Rajarshi has over 21 years of experience in Indirect Tax Consulting. He has advised several Indian and multinational corporations, trade bodies on Indian indirect taxes/ GST and matters relating to foreign trade policy. Prior to AQUILAW, Rajarshi has been associated with KPMG, PwC and CEAT Tyres. He is an empaneled consultant for the Asian Development Bank and an advisor to CREDAI, Ropeways Association of India, Gem and Jewellery Federation, the Federation of Hotel and Restaurant Association of India. Rajarshi is also a faculty at the National Academy of Customs, Indirect Tax and Narcotics (NACIN). He is a Data Privacy Lead Assessor certified by the Data Security Council of India (DSCI) and has worked and advised clients on drafting Privacy Policy, Standard Contractual Clauses, Data Protection Impact Assessment, Cross Border Data Transfer Agreements, etc. He has graduated from St. Xavier’s College and is a Chartered Accountant by profession since 2002.
