Sanjay has over 25 years of experience in transactions, litigation, arbitration and policy practice. He has appeared in many high stake corporate disputes concurrently running in various forums, commercial disputes, international arbitrations and international transactions. Sanjay has profound experience in criminal law practice and constitutional matters. Prior to AQUILAW, Sanjay has been a junior to Mr. Anindya Kumar Mitra, former Additional Solicitor General of India and former Advocate General of West Bengal. He was also engaged with Luthra & Luthra, New Delhi and Khaitan & Co. Sanjay is also the Senior Standing Counsel for the State of West Bengal at The Supreme Court of India. He has completed his LL.B. from University of Calcutta and is a member of the Bar Association, High Court at Calcutta since 1999.
