Saurabh has over a decade of experience in Corporate and Commercial Law. His core expertise includes private equity and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and foreign and overseas investments. He regularly advises clients across industries including financial services, food industry, health care, fintech to name a few.

Saurabh has advised clients on varied legal and regulatory issues, undertaken risk assessment and evolved risk mitigation strategies, along with assisting in putting in place a variety of contracts and other arrangements with focused negotiation skill sets. For transactional assignments he offers an understanding of both buy and sell side, as of financial and strategic investors, and experience in negotiation strategy development in unique situations. His approach and astute documentation gave him opportunities of advising conglomerates on multiple transactions across industry sectors.
