Bio
Soumen has over 10 years of experience in matters relating to civil, criminal, arbitration and company laws. His main area of focus is criminal laws and white-collar crimes. He has advised numerous multi-national corporations, government authorities, individuals holding various public offices among others. He has appeared before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, multiple High Courts, and Trial Courts, Tribunals as well as other judicial/quasi-judicial authorities. Prior to joining AQUILAW, he used to practice independently. He has done his B.A.LL.B from National Law University, Odisha and is a member of the Bar Council of Odisha.
