Sucharita has over 23 years of experience in Corporate – Commercial, Infrastructure, Capital Markets, Foreign Exchange Laws, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Policy, Trust and Inheritance Laws. She advises a wide range of Indian and multinational clients in various sectors. Prior to AQUILAW, Sucharita was engaged as an Associate Partner with Khaitan & Co. She is also the Standing Counsel for the State of West Bengal at Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Sucharita is the Chairman of CII, West Bengal State Council. She is an Independent Director in the Boards of Himadri Credit & Finance Limited, Tarsons Products Limited, and The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She has completed her LL.B. from University of Calcutta and is enrolled with the Bar Council of West Bengal since 2001.
