Amit has an experience of more than 22 years in litigation and arbitration practice. Prior to AQUILAW, he was leading the litigation team in Meharia & Co., Solicitors. He primarily appears before the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta and various Tribunals and District Courts in the State of West Bengal. He has been advising and representing Oil Marketing Companies for several years.
