Drafting and negotiating RFPs, RFQs and other bid documents, concession agreements, EPC and construction contracts, O&M agreements, supply and service level agreements, financing documents and other project documentation.
Advising Government bodies and parastatals on land acquisition, development, monetisation and leasing, including policy formulation and implementation, and structuring of large-scale industrial, infrastructure and commercial land projects.
