Before joining AQUILAW, she was a member of the corporate strategy team of a pan-India media conglomerate working closely with the shareholders. She has in-depth knowledge and expertise in general day to day corporate advisory, high-value commercial contracts, internal reorganization/ restructuring issues, employment advisory and secretarial matters.
