Description
Swarajit has over 15 years of experience in Litigation, Arbitration, Property Disputes, Corporate Laws, Environmental Laws, and Admiralty Laws. He primarily appears before the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta and various Tribunals, District Courts, Commercial Courts in the State of West Bengal. He has dealt with several admiralty suits for and/or against ship owners / P&I Clubs and has also represented parties in foreign arbitrations seated in London. Prior to AQUILAW, he was engaged with Bose & Mitra, Solicitors & Advocates. He has completed his LLB from the University of Calcutta in 2009 and is a member of the Bar Association, High Court at Calcutta.
