We bring to you the Union Budget edition of the nota bene.

The Hon’ble Finance Minister tabled the Union Budget for the year 2025-26 on 1st February 2025.

The Union Budget, 2025 promises to continue Government’s efforts to accelerate growth, secure inclusive development, invigorate private sector investments, uplift household sentiments, and enhance spending power of India’s rising middle class. The Budget proposes development measures focusing on poor (Garib), Youth, farmer (Annadata) and women (Nari). While presenting a detailed roadmap for the pursuit of Viksit Bharat, the Hon’ble Finance Minister stated that for this developmental journey, four powerful engines like Agriculture, MSME, Investment, and Exports needs reforms and keeping this in mind, this Union Budget, 2025 aims to initiate transformative reforms across following six domains like Taxation, Power Sector, Urban Development, Mining, Financial Sector, and Regulatory Reforms.
