In its latest nota bene publication, AQUILAW brings to you the broad compliances under the recently published draft Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 (Draft DPDP Rules). The Draft DPDP Rules are released as a step towards clarifying the implementation mechanism of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The last date for providing stakeholders recommendations and comments on the Draft DPDP Rules is 18 February 2025.
